Steve, I appreciate your going “above and beyond the call of duty” to help me with the replacement of my hearing aids after regular office hours, since I could not get there before then. Not only were you very pleasant and nice, but I actually hear better than I did before. You not only took the time to show, but also to tell me, how to use the hearing aids properly.
